SWG Meetings have been held in association with the international meetings on the establishment of the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (RFMO). The pages for historical meetings briefly summarise those meetings and are also a repository for documents used at those meetings.

The first SWG meeting was held in Wellington, New Zealand in February 2006.

The second SWG meeting was held in Hobart, Australia in November 2006.

The third SWG meeting was held in Reñaca, Chile in April 2007.

The fourth SWG meeting was held in Noumea, New Caledonia in September 2007.

The fifth SWG meeting was held in Guayaquil, Ecuador in March 2008.

The sixth SWG meeting was held in Canberra, Australia in September/ October 2008.

The seventh SWG meeting was held in Lima, Peru in May 2009.

The eighth SWG meeting was held in Auckland, New Zealand in November 2009.

The ninth SWG meeting will be held between 21 - 29 October 2010 in Chile.
