The Russian Federation and the Republic of Cuba Sign Convention at Cali Meeting

The Russian Federation and the Republic of Cuba signed the Convention on the Conservation and Management of High Seas Fishery Resources in the South Pacific Ocean (the Convention) on 25 and 27 January 2011 respectively, during the Second Session of the Preparatory Conference for the Commission of the SPRFMO in Cali, Colombia.
