Interim Secretariat Executive Secretary recruitment

Participants at the Third International Consultation on the Establishment of the South Pacific RFMO in Reñaca, Chile agreed that pending the establishment of a Secretariat under the Agreement, an Interim Secretariat will be established and hosted by New Zealand. Annex G of the Reñaca Meeting Report provides further detail. It is expected the Interim Secretariat will have an initial staff of three. An Interim Secretariat is expected to be operating by September 2007. Applications are invited for the position of Executive Secretary of the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (SPRFMO) Interim Secretariat. Applications close on 27 July 2007.
